Cancellations

Class payment is required at time of registration and is what holds your space in class. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, PayPal, checks and cash.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance for a refund. A minimum of 3 students is required for most classes to take place. If the minimum for a class is not reached, or there are cancellations due to inclement weather, Eleganza will cancel or reschedule the class and a full refund will be given.

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather, we please call the shop at 301-668-7900 to check on the status of your class. We will know if there will be a cancellation due to inclement weather by 3pm. for evening classes. 

For early morning classes, we will leave a message on the shop recording.

Student Discounts

Students who purchase their materials at Eleganza Yarns receive a 10% discount on the supplies required for a class. Please have your yarn wound and ready for class. Thank you!
